  • Re-branded and implemented new brand guidelines for a more professional and consistent representation of the company. View Brand Guidelines here.
  • Gathered requirements, shared ideas, created wireframes and prototypes for feedback from stakeholders to ensure the design and functionality was approved before the build. Initially, I always create basic Adobe XD wireframes like these that then progress to more developed versions like this.
  • Created all imagery for the website by retouching and editing images, mainly of jewellery which ultimately negated the need for an expensive photoshoot.
  • Redesigned and built the River Mounts website using HTML /CSS combined with my newly learned knowledge of Salesforce, a market leading CMS. You can view this here.
  • With the success of the new website, I turned my focus to the ‘River Mounts Hub’, which is the ‘logged in’ experience for registered users. I developed this from its inconsistent layout and design to be a more uniform experience which is now in line with its ‘logged out’ counterpart.
  • Created HTML email signatures for all employees.
  • Lead marketing campaigns that involved the design of new social media posts and HTML emails. Examples of campaigns include new website releases, Christmas, Halloween and monthly ‘Birthstone of the Month’ posts.
  • Designed and organised the printing of branded merchandise for both staff members and customers.
  • Created web banners and adverts for use on external websites to promote products, new collections and any seasonal offers.
  • Designed large format pull up banners for trade show events.
